Interns (DMLT/BMLT)
- Position: Lab Intern
- Requirements:
  - Currently pursuing or recently completed DMLT/BMLT
  - Eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in a professional lab setting
- Responsibilities:
  - Assist in routine lab work under supervision
  - Learn and follow laboratory procedures and safety protocols
  - Participate in quality control and assurance activities
  - Assist in sample preparation and handling, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  - Follow quality control guidelines.
  - Help manage lab inventory.

Fresher Pathology Technicians (DMLT/BMLT)
- Position: Lab Technician (Fresher)
- Requirements:
  - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT)
  - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  - Eager to learn and grow in a professional lab environment
- Responsibilities:
  - Perform basic laboratory tests and procedures
  - Assist senior technicians with advanced testing
  - Maintain and operate laboratory equipment
  - Adhere to quality control protocols and safety guidelines
  - Help manage lab inventory.
  - Equipment Calibration

Experienced Pathology Technicians (DMLT/BMLT)

Position: Lab Technician (Experienced)
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT)
- Previous experience in a laboratory setting
- Proficiency in laboratory procedures and equipment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced laboratory tests and analyze results
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of results
- Supervise and mentor junior technicians
- Maintain high standards of quality control and compliance

Field Boys

Position: Field Boy
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to travel within assigned areas
Responsibilities:
- Collection of samples from clients and delivery to the lab
- Handling and transporting samples securely and efficiently
- Coordination with the lab team for timely processing
- Sample Handling

Position: Freshers, Experienced
